• Samples are available upon request to help you assess the suitability of our products before purchasing.
• We encourage all customers to take advantage of our sample offerings to ensure that the product meets their expectations and requirements.

Exceptions:

• We will consider returns or exchanges only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet the specifications as described. However if the original package has being tampered we will decline after assessment.
