Ellagic Acid is a naturally occurring polyphenolic compound found in numerous fruits, nuts, and vegetables such as pomegranates, strawberries, raspberries, walnuts, and cranberries. It is a potent antioxidant known for its ability to scavenge free radicals and chelate metal ions.
